Wonderful
Everything was in walkable distance and if it was really nice walking around the area and seeing all the different shops around. The rooms and lobby was very clean and staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. Provided amenities like toothbrush, face wash, makeup cleanser, etc.

A bit of luxury in Nagoya
Central location and we learned how to use the city bus because of their location. Rooms are bigger than business hotels, loved the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower. Near a bus station that goes to chubu centrair, staff told us about it and it was the best way to get to the airport especially if you have heavy luggage. Staff also never forgot about my message to them asking them if they can send our luggage to the airport, they kept asking me from check-in until check-out. So thoughtful of them.
No washer/dryer, it would have been perfect but they’re a few blocks away from a coin laundromat.
